Back up to the cottage - hitting a beach I hadn't been to since I was a kid. Great clouds and views that day!

Getting away from it all...

After the hectic weekend in June, it was time to get away up to the cottage 4 hours north of the city.

Full Scale Riot

The G20 came and took over my city for a few days in June. There were protests, riots, clashes, a level of security never seen here before and it made me a prisoner in my own home for a few days due to all of this. Here is my view of it all.

Halifax 2009

The Halifax Pop Explosion Music Festival took me out to beautiful Halifax, NS and I took the opportunity to take some photos and a day trip out to breathtaking Peggy's Cove!

It's been awhile...

Well it certainly has been awhile since I've uploaded some stuff. I got a fabulous shot out the car window in about 2 seconds yesterday, just holding the camera and shooting quickly while stuck in some traffic. I like it a lot and I find it quite serene and calming.

Summer 2008 Photos

Here are some photos I took during the summer. There's me being a tourist in my own city - nice Toronto skyline shot taken from the Toronto Island ferry and a shot of Toronto island of the beach front taken from the pier. Also, when I was in NYC I went to the Metropolitan Museum and really liked how the light was coming in and hitting some statues so I took a photo.
